2026 Annual Membership Meeting Notice

As the FASNY Federal Credit Union Board Secretary, I am pleased to announce the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Elections will be held Friday, August 21, 2026, to coincide with the FASNY Annual Convention. The meeting will be held at 8:00 AM at the Holiday Valley Resort at 6557 Holiday Valley Rd. Ellicottville, NY 14731 . Additionally, our 2025 Annual Report will be available on our website or by contacting the office at 866-327-6928 or sending a written request to FASNY Federal Credit Union, 107 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York 12210.

The Nominating Committee has submitted its report for the election of Directors. There are four (4) vacancies to be filled. The Committee has nominated the following individuals:

• Michael G. Karashay

• Andrew E. Pilecki

• Daniel Brooks

• Kevin Foster

In accordance with the By-Laws of the FASNY Federal Credit Union, nominations may also be made by petition signed by one percent (1%) of the Credit Union membership, with a minimum of twenty (20) and a maximum of five hundred (500) signatures. Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition. Each nomination by petition must also be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee or nominees stating they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected. All nominations by petition must be filed with the Credit Union Secretary no later than July 31, 2026, which shall be the closing date for receiving nominations by petition. When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot, and no nominations will be accepted from the floor.
